I have been playing at this casino for a while and would like to make a couple of observations. 1. The "Live Chat" isn't live and it's only available between 2pm to 6pm UK time. You enter your details and your questions and you'll get an automated email that tells you that it might take up to 2 business days for them to respond. 2. Withdrawals are pending for 72 hours before being processed. 3. For most parts things work well, but when they don't you won't have instant live chat available and will sometimes have to wait for a couple of days for information. And if the issue is withdrawal related you can imagine the frustration of not having fast responses. This is my example with them that highlights this. For most parts things have worked fine for me, until now that is. I made 2 withdrawals totalling £680. They were processed on 18/09/2018 and 21/09/2018. Both emails told me that the funds would be in my account in 1-3 business days. When the funds from withdrawal #1 didn't arrive in my account after 3 days I was told to give it 1-5 days. I can confirm that both your withdrawals processed on 18-09-2018 and 21-09-2018 have been successfully sent to your bank. Today will be the fifth working say since your withdrawal on 18-09-2018 was processed. For your withdrawal processed on 21-09-2018 the fifth working day will be on 28-09-2018. ============================================================================================== ============================================================================================== That would mean that the money would arrive on 25/09/2018, which they didn't. Nor has it on 26/09/2018... I'm now having serious doubts about if or when the funds will actually be paid. In conclusion I would say that the game play is fine, but make sure that you're OK with the 72hrs pending withdrawal time and not having instant chat.
